Common questions about the Agentforce package

We stay available for the first two weeks after deployment. If something is off, we fix it. The five days end at go-live, not at handoff.

Yes. We send a short checklist beforehand: Salesforce access, a clear description of the use case you want to tackle, and one or two people from your team who know the relevant process. That is all.

Agentforce requires Enterprise edition or above, plus the Agentforce add-on. If you are not sure what you have, send us your contract and we will check.

The agent runs in your Salesforce and your team knows how to use it. If you want to build more agents or expand the scope, we scope a follow-on project. There is no automatic retainer.

We do not publish pricing publicly because it depends on the use case and your current Salesforce setup. Contact us for a quote. We usually respond within one business day.
